Terraforming Mars: Static Harvesting Promo Card

A single-player card for the Terraforming Mars system that represents a surface coating to dissipate static build-up from Martian dust. Plays as a power card with a cost and requirement: requires three or fewer ocean tiles and costs 5 M€. When played it increases the player's energy production by one step and grants 1 M€ for each building tag the player has.
