The Seeds of Disaster

Change World War II by shaping the events of the 1930s. One player controls Germany while the other leads the Western Allies, including France, Great Britain, Belgium, and Holland. Players develop military preparations, intelligence, command, and diplomacy before confronting the German invasion of the West in 1940. The opening phase creates a distinct prewar history, determining the forces and conditions that shape the campaign. Victory depends on controlling Mobilization Centers and Objective Areas at the end of the final turn.
