Tic Tac Chec

A four-in-a-row challenge with the tactics of chess. Each player places and moves a knight, rook, bishop, and pawn on an empty 4 × 4 board, aiming to align four pieces horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Once three pieces are in play, turns can include moving, capturing, or placing the remaining piece. Captured pieces return to their owner and can be replayed on open squares. Optional rules add a 30-second turn limit and restrict each player to five captures per game.
