Toil & Troublez

Players compete to gather sets of magical talismans and convert them into scoring Collections. Each turn a player draws at least one card and may draw more as they push their luck, then attempt to place cards into the shared Enchanted Forest. Collections consist of either one of each of the five talismans or four of the same talisman; completed Collections earn immutable Collection markers worth ten Magic Marks. Action cards influence play by providing powerful effects that can help or hinder other players as the stakes rise with each card played. The game ends when the draw pile is exhausted; players score Collection markers and leftover talisman cards (one Magic Mark each) to determine the winner.
