This setting supplement expands the underwater world with updated background on the Hegemony, the Red League, pirate brotherhoods, and the irradiated surface. It presents the independent city of Volcania III, which can serve as a base for player characters beyond the Veilleurs’ surveillance. The book includes adventure material for each region, rules for surface survival, character creation for survivors of the terrestrial wasteland, an index of featured NPCs, and two full-color maps of the globe.
