A satirical card game set in a fictional country where corrupt leaders, shadowy financiers and self-interested groups drive the nation toward bankruptcy and external oversight. Players each represent an interest group that builds influence and pursues power, money and votes through political, social and economic manipulation. Gameplay revolves around playing cards to create consensus, win elections, expand a web of influence and move assets into offshores. Victory is determined by points earned from influence, electoral success and accumulated money and certificates of deposit.
