VOLT: Robot Battle Arena

In a futuristic era of televised robotic combat, operators send advanced machines into the arena to compete for victory. This tactical game has players maneuver their robots, outthink opponents, and contest the active control point. Victory points are scored by occupying the control point at the end of a round or destroying opposing robots. The first player to score five victory points wins.

This is a cute robot battle arena game for 4p with action programing that wears out it's welcome about halfway through the game, despite how short playtime already is. ★ Art, Iconography and components functional ★ Clever or interesting mechanisms ☆ Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players ☆ Multiple plays stay interesting ★ Low or mitigatable luck elements ★★☆☆☆ Raw enjoyment
