Frag

A board-game take on early first-person shooters where players create characters by assigning stat points and then spawn onto a modular map. Players roll dice to move, collect weapon and gadget cards, and resolve combat by shooting at opponents. Cheat cards provide disruptive effects and surprise advantages. When a character is killed they respawn on their next turn, and the session ends when a player reaches the required number of kills to win.

It's a boardgame FPS. Choose your health, speed, and accuracy then go! Pickup weapons and equipment, line up your shots and fire at your enemies! As with every Steve Jackson game there are "Revenge" cards in this game as well to help overturn specific events. This is one of the fewer games that plays better with more people/targets. You get to roll a bunch of dice as well for those who love numbers. Games take about 2 hours, I love playing this game whenever I can. Recommend everyone get a chance to play at least once.

Comment after first playing: Who doesn't like blowing away people?! The components are cheap, but the gameplay almost makes up for it. Today: What, why aren't we playing Doom?
