Players act as Visionaries shaping a pilot futuristic city across three regions focused on Energy, Technology, Community and Sustainable Food. The game plays as a fast-paced tile-placement and pattern-building experience: players place tiles on a shared board to complete feature cards from their hand, manage cards to create combo turns, and exploit or respond to structures other players have built. Scoring rewards balanced development: final scoring uses players’ two highest region scores and triples the lowest, so players must spread effort across regions rather than concentrate only on already-developed areas.
