A tactical conflict unfolds between Aliens, a Predator, and human forces in a city and its sewers. Players choose a faction and pursue different objectives: the military rescues civilians and investigates alien technology, the Predator hunts every Alien to conceal the invasion, and the Aliens expand their hive while eliminating nearby life. The game uses two square-grid boards, with players managing weapons, equipment, cards, tokens, and miniatures to carry out their missions.
