A Grog's Life: Love, Loss, and Secrets in the Covenant's Shadow

Players portray grogs, the mortal warriors, servants, and assistants who support a hidden covenant of wizards in medieval Mythic Europe. They protect the magi from swords, beasts, rival schemes, suspicious priests, and other mundane dangers while maintaining the covenant and dealing with the surrounding community. The story focuses on the lives of these expendable servants, including their loyalties, relationships, losses, and secrets beneath the authority of the covenant.
