Agents of SMERSH: The Director's Watchful Eye Promo Card

Give this card to the youngest player at the start of the game. After that player first fails an encounter, it comes into play. Before each future Test Roll, draw one die from the bag and either return it immediately or keep it on the card while drawing the dice for the test. After the test, roll the die on the card, if any, then return it to the bag. A gun result provides 1 Intel. Any other result causes 1 injury if the encounter was passed; otherwise, nothing happens.
