Anima Tactics: High Arbiter Alastor

A high-ranking Arbiter of Demons and dark master of war, Alastor serves the High Archon and is unleashed to destroy the pillars sustaining the world. As a level 80 Dark Azur Alliance leader and warrior, he combines powerful attacks with exceptional defenses and critical mastery. Alastor issues up to three orders each turn within a 12-inch influence zone. He can move allied units without using their movement, grant free hand-to-hand attacks, or empower an attack with increased Attack and Damage before removing the attacking character from play. His orders do not affect units of equal or higher level, other Arbiters, or summoned creatures.
