A historical naval wargame supplement covering the often-overlooked Baltic theater of World War II. It includes 13 scenarios ranging from submarine attacks to large convoy operations, supported by 11 articles on topics such as Finnish naval and air forces and Soviet submarine actions. New mine-warfare rules, primary source material, and data annexes provide the information needed to play the scenarios. The supplement is compatible with the fourth edition of Command at Sea and follows the Fleet series format.
