This expansion kit examines Napoleon’s retreat from Russia in 1812, as the French army attempts to cross the Berezina River in winter while Russian forces pursue under Kutusov, Tchichagov, and Wittgenstein. One player commands the French army, while the other leads the Russian armies. The game uses corps-level units on a map where each hex represents approximately 1 kilometer, with turns covering several hours. It requires a copy of Borodino 20 to play and includes exclusive rules, 16 mounted counters, and an 11" × 17" map.
