Unreliable forces battle equally unreliable forces in four often-overlooked border wars of the 20th and 21st centuries. Four compact card-driven games portray conflicts between El Salvador and Honduras, Turkey and Cyprus, China and Vietnam, and Israel and Hezbollah. The system models the chaotic, stop-and-start nature of these brief wars.
