Warlords piece together a changing map, claim lands, and build castles to expand and defend their kingdoms. Players place triangular tiles to create the landscape, then capture opposing territories and castles by surrounding them. Each turn reshapes the map, requiring careful decisions between attacking, defending, expanding, and consolidating. The player with the most castles, including those placed and captured, wins.
