Colonialism: Upgrade Cards

This expansion adds a sixth available action: Purchase Upgrade. Players spend collected resources to gain permanent advantages that remain in effect for the rest of the game. It includes six upgrade cards introduced with the 2018 reprint and available separately for owners of the first edition.
