Command Decision: Test of Battle – From Normandy to Lorraine: The American Drive to the Rhine

This historical wargame covers the American campaign in Western Europe from the Normandy landings in June 1944 through the advance toward the Rhine in September. It includes ten scenarios depicting battles in the hedgerows, the breakout from Normandy, the fighting at Mortain and Falaise, the liberation of Paris, and the advance through Lorraine. Each scenario includes a historical summary, detailed map, researched orders of battle, and data charts. An overview of the campaign provides additional context for the battles.
