Cuba: The Splendid Little War

Will the Cuban rebels win independence, or will Spanish forces retain control of the island? This two-player simulation covers the Cuban War of Independence from 1895 to 1898. Players direct insurgency and counterinsurgency operations, manage resources, and respond to events including disease, ambushes, assassinations, and American press and government reactions. Spanish forces must maintain colonial control and the economy, while Cuban forces seek to take the island and secure independence.
