D20 Fantasy Encounters on the Road

A collection of self-contained fantasy encounters for use during travel or whenever an adventure needs an unexpected event. Each encounter can stand alone, serve as a hook for a larger adventure, or simply show the world continuing beyond the players’ immediate plans. The encounters are numbered throughout the book and its contents, allowing a D20 roll to determine what happens next. They provide distractions, ideas, and situations that can be added to an ongoing campaign while the next part of the main plot takes shape.
