Das letzte Paradies

Players develop an island paradise by secretly bidding for building sites. Each tile can become a villa or hotel, or remain as forest, and the buyer chooses which side to place. Buildings earn more when the surrounding land is preserved, while undeveloped land provides no income but can increase recognition and influence future values. The highest bidder wins each auction but pays only the second-highest bid. Once the final building has been placed, players compare their money with their starting totals. Players who have lost money are eliminated, and the richest remaining player wins.
