Recreate naval warfare from 1890 to 1904, commanding individual ships or formations in battles fought at close range. Players maneuver fleets, manage gunnery, and apply period tactics without aircraft, radios, gun directors, or all-big-gun battleships. Scenarios include famous engagements such as Manila Bay and Santiago de Cuba, along with hypothetical clashes between the growing fleets of Europe, Japan, and America.
