Players represent different social classes within a fictional state: the working class, middle class, capitalists, or the state itself. Each faction manages its own resources and interests while influencing production, employment, taxation, trade, and public policy. Actions and negotiations shape the economy and determine which proposals become law. Elections, parliamentary votes, and shifting alliances create an evolving political struggle as each faction pursues its own path to victory.
