Players struggle to balance work, family life, hobbies, nightlife, and inconsistent attempts at healthy living while trying to outlast the others. Each player tracks blood pressure, depression, lung health, weight, and other conditions on an individual board. Each round, players choose event cards that affect their health, then secretly assign three actions to locations such as the office, supermarket, pharmacy, flea market, and gym. Actions provide money, food, medicine, and other resources, but can also worsen different health indicators. At the end of each round, deteriorating conditions may trigger further problems. A player is eliminated when any health level reaches its limit, and the last surviving player wins.
