Kavenwell

A printable 30 × 30 battlemap depicting a network of burrows and tunnels discovered by a race of burrowing rat-folk. Bizarre flora and fungi fill the passages, while an ancient well lies at the centre in a stone chamber. The well contains no water, but serves as a source of powerful, evil magic. Use the map as a standalone gameboard for an RPG or dungeon-crawl game, or combine it with other tilesets of the same scale.
