Le Roy des Ribauds

Players manipulate a small court of face-down and face-up cards representing King, Queen, Knight and Assassin roles. Each turn a player either flips one of four court cards to reveal it or plays a card from hand to replace a court card, choosing to place it face-up to trigger its ability or face-down to keep it hidden. Different card types have distinct effects and hidden win conditions called conspiracies tied to the King, Queen and Assassin. Play proceeds as players deploy abilities, reveal information and pursue one of the conspiracies; the first player to meet a conspiracy wins.
