Null & Nichtig

Players compete in trick-taking rounds with a deck of five suits. Suit following is not required; instead, won cards are sorted into color piles as the round progresses. At the end of each round, only the top card in each pile scores, creating five separate scoring opportunities. The game lasts one round per player, and the goal is to collect cards that produce the highest total score.
