Playing Lean

Players lead a team from an initial idea toward a viable product, deciding whether to trust their assumptions or spend limited resources running experiments. The game simulates the stages of launching a product, from working with a visionary concept to reaching a broad customer base, while introducing the core concepts and vocabulary of the Lean Startup approach.
