Players act as members of a turbulent dynasty’s society, shifting roles between corrupt officials, secret royal inspectors, and revolutionary actors as power swings. Each round, players play combinations of cards into a climbing ladder mechanic, trying to beat the previously played combination by matching higher status or larger sets of cards. Certain special combinations function as bombs—triggers labeled as revolutions or royal inspections—that override normal play and force confrontations. Victory depends on shedding all cards while exploiting status interactions, using role-based effects, and timing special plays to disrupt opponents.
