Five asymmetric factions compete to complete a rite in the volcanic domain of a furious firelord. Humans activate shrines to summon angels, Goblins offer sacrifices at fire beacons to call an ancient dragon, Undead gather life energy to open a portal, Chaos takes control of enemy units, and Primals devour foes to evolve a hatchling. Players summon and move unique units, defeat opposing forces, and perform special rites to call powerful commanders and unlock spells while avoiding the firelord’s attacks.
