San Francisco

Set in San Francisco after the great earthquake, the game has players compete to rebuild the city. Building tiles are randomly arranged on the board, and players use different auction methods to claim the right to place possession rods around them. Sequential money bids, blind building-type bids, and influence bids determine control, with ties and matching bids resolved in different ways. Once a player establishes a clear plurality around a tile, that building is scored. After a set number of turns, the player with the most points wins.
