Seas of Thunder: Blueprints

This expansion adds ships that were scrapped, mothballed, abandoned, or left on the drawing board, including designs affected by the 1922 Washington Naval Treaty. It also introduces minor navies such as Denmark and Poland, smaller ship classes, nearly completed vessels, and Axis aircraft carriers, with rules for integrating them into the base game.
