Siege of Mantua

Command armies during Bonaparte’s Arcole campaign as two forces converge to relieve the fortress of Mantua and its exhausted garrison. Move blocks across the map to threaten, deceive, and maneuver the enemy into decisive battles. Battles are resolved on a separate display by drawing counters from each army’s unit pool. Victories improve the pool, while losses reduce morale and weaken unit quality. The French use interior lines to coordinate their outnumbered forces, while the Austrians seek weak points along two advancing fronts.
