Solitaire TacOps: Ortona

Operational decisions meet tactical realities in the streets of “Little Stalingrad.” Command infantry battalions, armor, artillery, and engineers across linked scenarios, choosing when to engage, which forces to commit, and what support to provide. Fast-resolution dice and a megahex activation system manage player and opposition actions on hex maps. Scenarios last 30–90 minutes and can be played solitaire, with cooperative options for larger engagements. In the campaign, each outcome determines the next scenario as Canadian forces face German defenses, rubble, mines, snipers, and other hazards in Ortona.
