Players work together to investigate a supernatural incident following a car accident, where a hospitalized man lies in a coma with a fixed grin. They read evidence, listen to audio files through a paired website, and inspect pictures to piece together the case. One or two puzzles must be solved in order to unlock the necessary evidence and uncover the truth.
