The Ninth World: A Skillbuilding Game for Numenera

An epic card game set in the far-future world of Numenera. Players take on the roles of Nanos, Jacks, or Glaives and explore strange kingdoms and wilderness regions, using skills to scout, tinker with cyphers, charm allies, fight creatures, and advance their abilities. The game supports competitive, cooperative, and solo play. Over a series of rounds, players simultaneously choose actions and bid for cards, balancing the predictable rewards of town adventures against the dangers and unpredictable powers of the wilderness. In cooperative and solo modes, characters must also protect the town from creatures emerging from the wilderness.
