Take command of the Union Army of the Potomac or the Confederate Army of Northern Virginia during the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg, the largest battle of the American Civil War. Players direct forces through the chain of command, from corps and divisions to brigades, regiments, and artillery batteries, using interactive chit pulls to represent the uncertainty of the battlefield. More than ten scenarios cover engagements ranging from small skirmishes to the full three-day battle across four maps. Cavalry, dismounted cavalry, skirmishers, artillery sections, terrain features, town fighting, and optional rules provide different levels of detail and complexity.
