Titan: Starbot

Adds a solo mode or an additional AI-controlled player to the game. The automaton focuses on mining operations, extracting Deuterium, avoiding Tholins, earning Credits, expanding its network, and taking control of Rigs. It does not gather standard resources or pursue corporate Objectives. Six different AI opponents are included, each with its own Command Board and behavior.
