Too Many Cinderellas

Spread rumors to influence which claimant the Prince recognizes as the true Cinderella. Players play cards that establish rules for identifying her, while secretly voting on whether each new rule should take effect. After everyone plays two cards, players reveal their hands and compare them with the accepted rules; the matching claimant wins the round, with ties going to the highest card.
