In Helsinki Market Square during the 1952 Summer Olympics, players represent stall holders selling souvenirs, lemonade, ice cream, and Baltic herrings to visiting customers. This hand-management and tile-placement game has players compete for the same customers while arranging their stalls and adapting to changing consumer needs. Tactical play is needed to attract the best-paying customers before competitors claim them.
