Trama. El joc de l'any Cerdà

Players act as city planners balancing public welfare and private secret agendas while proposing and voting on urban projects. Each round players can vote for or against active proposals or introduce a new proposal; proposals that reach 13 votes are then resolved as passed or rejected. Passed proposals are ranked by citizens (citizenship cards) at the end of the game to determine which succeeded best. The box includes citizenship cards, voting cards, proposal cards, action cards, and secret goal tokens to drive hidden objectives and player interaction.
