Zombielife Insurance: Scapegoat Promo Cards

A set of four replacement cards, with one card for each player count from two to five. Used with the original base game, the cards replace “Toilet Roll Grab” with an alternative effect. Whenever a health token is flipped, the card can be played without using an action to gain an additional action on the next turn.
