Asterix: Das Kartenspiel

In 50 B.C., Gaul is occupied by the Romans—apart from one indomitable village. Players compete for Roman soldier cards by selecting and revealing Gaul cards numbered from 1 to 10. The highest card wins the current Roman, while the other cards return to their players’ hands; each winning card is then discarded. Magic potion symbols break ties, while Pirate cards reduce winnings and Dogmatix cards let players draw and keep a card or pass it to another player. Roman ranks determine the score, with sets of matching ranks worth considerably more.
