A 2-player travel hex-and-counter wargame covering the battles of Monterrey and Buena Vista during the Mexican-American War. Two scenarios challenge players to reach a set number of victory points by occupying key locations and eliminating enemy units. Leadership points enhance movement, attacks, or troop recovery during a player’s turn, while artillery points support defensive combat and long-range attacks during the opposing turn.
