Rolling Trains

Roll the dice and rule the rails. Build railroads, factories, and stations across an undeveloped map, then deliver goods from factories to the correct cities. Each turn, roll three dice and assign their results to construction or fundraising actions, balancing the different types of development as resources are gathered.
