Town Constructor

Roll two dice, manage changing property values, and plan an efficient town. Each round, choose which dice affect the market and which buildings to construct, then draw them on a town plan. Place public buildings strategically, as each scores differently, and time scoring for regions with high values. This print-and-play roll-and-write game supports 1–100 players and requires two standard six-sided dice, a writing tool, and a printed game sheet.
