Kanban EV
Players act as rookie employees in an electric-vehicle factory, managing an assembly line and vying for promotion at the next board review. Gameplay centers on scheduling actions across the production floor: allocate workers, procure and recycle parts, upgrade components, and perform assembly tasks to generate production points. Limited supplies and supplier variability force players to plan just-in-time deliveries and use recycling to cover shortages. Turns advance the factory tempo and the manager evaluates performance, so timing and resource management drive decisions. The game includes a solo mode with an AI-driven challenge.

Balleflass5.0 Felt too dry for me. Didnt like any of the actions or the flow of the game.
Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
How many Shifts can I bank and when can I use them?
You can have Banked Shifts and spend them on later turns to increase the Shifts you work, but you may never work more than 4 Shifts in one day; Banked Shifts you gain cannot be used in the same turn you gain them (pages 8, 11). Each Banked Shift is worth 1 PP at final scoring (page 24).
If I take a Design, do I automatically get the Car from the Test Track?
No — to claim a Car from the Test Track you must have a matching Design on your desk and spend the required number of Shifts (1–4 depending on the Car’s position behind the Pace Car) to take it and place it in your garage (page 14).
When can I use a Parts Voucher — can I spend it anytime to get whatever part I want?
A Parts Voucher can be used to take any Car Part from the supply but only when required for specific tasks: when completing Provide a Needed Part in Assembly or when Upgrading a Design in R&D (pages 11, 12).
What happens when I place a Part and it displaces Cars on the conveyors — can that push a Car into R&D?
Placing a Part moves the Model’s Car forward one position and displaces any Car occupying that space along the arrows, causing chain movement until no further displacement; if a Car is pushed off the end of a conveyor it enters R&D/Test Track (pages 12–13).
How does the Double‑Upgrade and Tested Design scoring work — can I double‑upgrade the same part more than once?
After you become certified in R&D you gain a one‑time Double‑Upgrade ability when upgrading a Design, but each type of Car Part can be double‑upgraded only once during the game and no two players may double‑upgrade the same Part; Tested Designs (Upgraded Designs with a matching Car in your garages) score PP each week and at game end equal to the Part’s value (pages 15, 24).
How do Demand tiles and Generic Speech tokens work — when is a demand replaced?
When a Car that matches a Demand rolls off the conveyor you may take a Generic Speech token from that Demand tile (if any remain), and at the end of your turn if a Demand tile has no Speech tokens left it is set aside and immediately replaced from the stack and refilled with the indicated number of Generic Speech tokens (page 13).
