Okavango
Players act as rangers on a drying African plain, forming herds and guiding animals to scarce water sources. On a turn, players collect and play animal cards to create herds, then lead those herds to river deltas or limited waterholes to score points. At a waterhole, a herd must be replaced by an equal or larger number of a single animal type; equal-sized herds must present a higher-ranked animal than the one already drinking. At a river delta, a visiting herd must both be larger and composed of a different animal type than the current group. Limited waterholes and animal supply force careful herd-building and timing. Scoring comes from successful deliveries to water sources; the highest total wins.
