Serenissima

Relive the Renaissance era as the leader of a Mediterranean trading city-state, competing for influence across the region’s lucrative trade routes. Build galleys, hire crews, and buy and sell commodities while establishing control over ports. Monopolies can influence commodity values, and controlled ports provide income and access to goods. Players balance merchant cargo with crews and warships as they expand their trading empires. Bidding determines turn order, while final scoring rewards controlled ports and the variety of commodities available in them.

Not briliant, not my cup of tea

A fantastic game! Do you emphasize war or trading? War isn't as profitable as it sounds, but it is conceivable.
